Delivery & Refund Policy – Chetana Electricals & Hardware

Orders are delivered only within India through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. Orders are typically processed within 8-14 days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. The delivery timeline is subject to courier company and postal service norms.

Chetana Electricals & Hardware is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal service within the stipulated timeframe.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer. Once the order is processed, delivery details will be confirmed via email. If you experience any issues regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our support team at Contact Us.

Refund & Return Policy

If there is any manufacturing or delivery damage to the product, you must initiate a return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise, it cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded.

For a return and refund or replacement, there will be reverse delivery charges that the customer must bear. Returns will only be accepted for valid reasons, and the customer must provide evidence for the return request.

If an order is canceled from our side due to any reason, the full prepaid amount will be refunded within 7 working days. If the customer cancels a prepaid order, a 2% deduction will be applied as payment gateway fees. Alternatively, customers can opt to receive store credits, in which case no deduction will be made.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our support team at Contact Us.

Cancellation After Shipment

Forward shipment and return charges as per courier rates will be applied to the customer. Order handling charges will also be applicable, with a minimum charge of ₹50.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you must ship it to our address. Customers will bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
